This website is owned and operated by the Parish of St Helena of the Holy Cross Ellenbrook (SHOTHC). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by SHOTC. This website offers visitors information about the Parish including events within the Parish. By accessing or using the website , you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Members
All requests to register for a login to the web site will be reviewed by nominated Parish officials. Those who are granted access to the Members Only area will receive the following privileges

Access to calendars showing rostered information

Access to documents published for the Parish

Any other content not for public consumption

Members agree that the information is for personal use only and is not to be shared with other people.

Content
The Parish agrees that it will not publish any personal information about Parishioners. As per the Archdioceses Safe Guarding initiative no images of children will be published on the web site without express written approval from Parents or Guardians.

All material being Published to the Web Site will first be checked by either the Parish Secretary and/or the Parish Priest for approval.

By registering your email address with the Parish web site you agree to receive occasional email from the Parish. The Parish in turn agrees not to "SPAM" it's parishioners with many unnecessary emails. Instead it will restrict it's use for major updates or events occurring within the Parish in the form of a Newsletter.

Members will have the ability to opt out of these Newsletters if they choose.
